Kyiv Art Fair begins accepting applications from galleries.

Annual international Kyiv Art Fair is an important event within the Kyiv Art Week festival. The fourth Kyiv Art Fair will be held on May 24-26, 2019. Founded in 2016, come springtime the festival brings together cultural institutions from all over the world. Kyiv Art Week’s primary goal is development of artistic infrastructure of the Eastern European region. The festival is a driver of diverse interactions in the field of culture as well as a platform for showcasing various trends in global contemporary art. The main theme of Kyiv Art Week - 2019 is This Is Not A Competition.

The international fair Kyiv Art Fair will be held on May 24-26, 2019.

Terms of Participation:

The applications submitted by galleries will be reviewed by the international jury. Depending on the jury verdict, some of the projects will be participating on special terms.

To participate in the selection, you are required to fill out a Submission Form.

Please read the participation and application submission rules carefully. An application can only be submitted by a gallery or an organization (foundation, art space et al). Individuals (artists, curators) may not take part in the art fair. The project should relate to the festival theme. The application should include a short curatorial text in Ukrainian and English, photos of works necessarily signed as per formal template with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi. The complete list of regulations is provided in the gallery submission form. Projects violating the submission regulations will not be considered.

The submission deadline is February 14, 2019. Projects submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The selection results will be announced on February 20, 2019.
